  5. Carding and Spinning: The conditioned fibers are then carded to align them in parallel strands and remove any impurities. Next, the fibers are spun into yarn using spinning machines. During this process, the fibers are twisted together to form continuous strands of jute yarn or twine.

  6. Plying and Winding: Depending on the desired thickness and strength, the jute yarn may undergo plying, where multiple strands are twisted together to create a thicker yarn or twine. The spun yarn is then wound onto bobbins or spools for further processing.

  7. Dyeing (Optional): If desired, the jute yarn or twine may undergo dyeing to impart color. Dyeing can be done using natural or synthetic dyes, depending on the requirements of the end product.

  8. Finishing and Packaging: After spinning and, if applicable, dyeing, the jute yarn or twine is subjected to finishing processes to enhance its appearance and durability. This may include treatments to increase strength, smoothness, or moisture resistance. Finally, the finished yarn or twine is packaged according to customer specifications, ready for distribution and use in various applications.
